1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Always ON platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Always ON provides managed WordPress hosting services including site deployment, SSL certificates, monitoring, backups, and related infrastructure management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Engage in phishing or other fraudulent activities
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Exceed reasonable resource usage that negatively impacts other users

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Your sites and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which they may be deleted.

7. Backups and Data

We perform regular backups as part of the Service. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Always ON be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of severe violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
