Deployment typically takes 2-3 minutes. You'll see real-time progress on your dashboard. The status changes from "Deploying" to "Active" when complete.

This usually means either:
  • DNS hasn't propagated yet — wait 5-30 minutes after updating your DNS records
  • SSL certificate hasn't been issued — click "Fix SSL" on your site's detail page
  • Cloudflare proxy is enabled — set to "DNS only" (grey cloud) temporarily

Yes! You can use any domain you own. Just enter it when creating your site and point the DNS to our server. We automatically provision an SSL certificate for your domain.

Click "WP Admin" on your site's detail page. You'll be automatically logged in. If you set a custom login slug, your login URL is yourdomain.com/your-slug.

Yes, automated backups are included with all plans. We recommend also keeping your own backups of critical content. You can export your site using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

We monitor all sites 24/7. If your site goes down, our system automatically attempts recovery. You'll receive an email alert when a site goes down and another when it recovers. You can also view status on the Portal monitoring dashboard.

Yes, you have full access to the WordPress admin panel and can install any plugin or theme. Just log in to WordPress admin and manage plugins/themes as usual.

Go to Billing in the user menu. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Billing guide for more details.

A custom login slug replaces the default wp-login.php URL with a custom path (e.g., yourdomain.com/my-secret-login). This hides your login page from automated bots and brute-force attacks. You can set it when creating or editing a site.

Go to Profile and click "Delete Account" at the bottom. You'll need to confirm with your password. Your personal data (email, name, company, phone) will be permanently erased and any active subscription will be cancelled. You must remove your WordPress sites before deleting your account.

Go to Profile and click "Export My Data". This downloads a JSON file containing your profile, site details, billing history, and deployment logs. For WordPress site content, use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin from your WordPress admin panel.

For security, accounts are temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts. The lockout lasts 30 minutes. Wait and try again, or contact support if you need immediate access.

Use the account menu to access Feedback or Support. Feedback goes directly to the product team, and support requests are tracked and handled by staff.
