  3. Complete checkout through Stripe's secure payment page
  4. Your account is upgraded immediately

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Managing Your Subscription

Click "Billing" in the user menu (top right) to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View payment history and download invoices
  • Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Cancel your subscription

Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrading: Your new plan takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading: The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. If you have more sites than allowed by the new plan, you'll need to remove sites before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

  • Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Your account is downgraded to the Free tier after the period ends
  • Your sites and data are retained for 30 days
  • No refund for the remaining period (you keep access until it ends)

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll send you an email notification. Your account is placed in a "past due" state. Update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve the issue.

If payment is not resolved, your subscription may be cancelled after the grace period.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to permanently close your account, go to Profile and click "Delete Account". This will:

  • Cancel your active subscription immediately
  • Erase your personal information (email, name, company, phone)
  • Deactivate your account permanently

You must remove all WordPress sites before deleting your account. You can export your data first.
